Record to Report Finance Advisor

About the role

TUI is looking for an accountant to join its Record to Report team in Sousse, supporting the TUI Suisse team within the Financial Controller function. You will work independently with a hands-on approach, acting as a reliable partner for internal teams and external stakeholders. While the main focus is accounts payable, experience with receivables and banking transactions is also required.

Key responsibilities

• Independently process day-to-day accounting with a focus on accounts payable
• Support accounts receivable and bank accounting
• Take part in monthly and annual closing processes
• Review, post and reconcile incoming invoices
• Contribute to process improvements and digital finance initiatives
• Act as a contact point for internal departments and external partners

Required profile

• Completed commercial education and further training in accounting (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent)
• At least 5 years of professional accounting experience, ideally including closing experience
• Fluent German and good written and spoken English
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with a structured approach
• Hands-on mentality, resilience, flexibility, teamwork and a strong sense of responsibility
