About the role

We are seeking Arabic‑speaking teleoperators to join our call centre located in the heart of Tunis. The role involves handling inbound calls from Arabic‑speaking customers, providing information, and ensuring a high level of service quality. Both on‑site and remote work options are available.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming Arabic calls promptly and courteously.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate information or direct them to the appropriate department.
• Maintain detailed call logs and update customer records in the system.
• Follow established scripts and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).
• Good communication skills in French or English are a plus.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use standard office software.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a customer‑focused attitude.
