QMS Coordinator

About the role

The QMS Coordinator ensures the effectiveness of Lear Corporation’s Quality Management System, supporting compliance with automotive and environmental standards. You will drive audit readiness, continuous improvement, and alignment with customer requirements across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the QMS in line with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Interpret and apply customer‑specific requirements within processes and documentation.
• Plan, conduct, and support internal and external audits to verify compliance.
• Lead audit follow‑ups, monitor corrective actions, and verify their effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions with version control.
• Coordinate management review meetings and track QMS performance indicators.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives based on audit results and performance data.
• Provide training and guidance to teams on QMS standards, procedures, and updates.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of experience in a QMS Coordinator or similar quality role.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Proven experience in internal auditing and corrective‑action management.
• Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
