About the role

The Production Supervisor II leads a manufacturing team to ensure production meets specifications, schedules, cost targets and quality standards. The role coordinates with engineering, supply, logistics and sales to develop effective production plans.

Key responsibilities

Plan, direct and monitor production activities to achieve volume, cost, waste and quality goals.
Liaise with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, Sales and other functions to create production schedules and allocate resources.
Prioritize and manage line maintenance and downtime to minimise disruptions.
Set goals and objectives for team members and ensure policies and procedures are followed.

Required profile

Team‑leader experience supervising professional‑level employees, often entry‑ or experienced‑level staff.
Ability to handle operational problems that are challenging but not overly complex.
