QA Engineer / Software Tester – Web & Mobile Apps

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented QA Engineer / Software Tester to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of our web and mobile applications on one of Qatar’s leading online marketplace and auction platforms. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable digital products for the Qatari market.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Design detailed test cases and scenarios with strong functional coverage.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and user‑acceptance testing.
• Conduct mobile app testing on Android and iOS platforms.
• Identify, document, track, and manage bugs using Jira.
• Validate fixes and perform re‑testing during release cycles.
• Work within Agile methodologies and follow STLC and defect‑management processes.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the auction/marketplace business domain.
• Minimum 3 + years of QA / software testing experience.
• Experience testing both web and mobile applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
