QA Engineer

About the role

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Infor, you will ensure the reliability and performance of a highly innovative SaaS product that is central to the company’s business strategy. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and architects to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Become a product expert and continuously expand your knowledge through collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Participate in requirement reviews with developers and product managers, and communicate defects clearly.
• Define and discuss testing strategies with fellow QA members.
• Create, review, and execute test cases for each product release.
• Develop automation scripts once test cases are ready.
• Log and track QA findings and defects using Jira.
• Maintain QA artefacts in a source‑control system.

Required profile

• Proven experience in test planning, design, execution, defect tracking and test case creation.
• Hands‑on experience creating automation test scripts.
• Familiarity with QA methodologies and tools.
• Background in enterprise SaaS or cloud software development, preferably with AWS technologies.
