Project Specialist – French Localization & Content Production (Pharma)

About the role

eStoreLabs is looking for a Project Specialist fluent in French to manage localisation and content production for pharmaceutical clients. You will coordinate small‑to‑medium projects, ensure high‑quality deliverables, and act as the main liaison between the client and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute day‑to‑day tasks for content creation and localisation projects.
• Handle administrative aspects, manage assets and files, and keep time‑tracking tools up to date.
• Propose and implement process improvements.
• Communicate processes and status updates to team members and clients.
• Delegate tasks to freelancers and monitor their progress.
• Maintain professional client contact, follow up on feedback, and resolve delays.
• Identify project‑related issues and suggest solutions.
• Foster a collaborative, knowledge‑sharing environment.
• Continuously learn and improve relevant skills.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating and executing projects.
• Experience with content creation and localisation.
• At least 3 years working with French‑speaking clients.
• Professional attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to handle difficult situations.
• Capability to navigate complex projects with extensive reporting.
• Advanced English and French (C1 level or higher).
• Independent, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
