Project Specialist – French Content & Localisation for Pharma

About the role

eStoreLabs is seeking a Project Specialist to manage day‑to‑day execution of content creation and localisation projects for French‑speaking pharma clients. You will act as the main liaison between the client, internal teams and freelancers, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned parts of larger projects related to content creation and localisation.
• Handle administrative aspects, manage assets and files, and maintain accurate time‑tracking.
• Communicate project status to clients, follow up on feedback, and propose process improvements.
• Delegate tasks to freelancers and ensure smooth knowledge sharing within the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating and executing projects.
• Experience working with French‑speaking clients for at least 3 years.
• Advanced English and French proficiency (C1 level or higher).
• Pro‑client attitude, strong communication skills and ability to solve difficult situations.
