Community Manager

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking an Organic Social Media & Community Manager to craft engaging content and foster online community interaction across multiple platforms. You will translate the brand’s personality into compelling posts and meaningful conversations, helping to build brand loyalty and drive engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule organic content on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
• Write engaging captions and calls‑to‑action that align with the brand tone.
• Manage daily community engagement by responding to DMs, comments, mentions, and tags.
• Monitor trends, propose timely content ideas, and analyze performance to optimize future posts.
• Collaborate with designers and video editors as needed.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in organic social media or community management.
• Strong writing and copy skills—witty, polished, and adaptable.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines while keeping content fresh.
• Forward‑thinking mindset with a keen eye on trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media tools such as Later, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and Meta Business Suite.
• Deep understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and analytics.
