Production Supervisor (TCS)

About the role

As a Production Supervisor (UAP Responsible) within Lear Corporation’s Operations team, you will lead daily manufacturing activities at the Menzel Bourguiba plant. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will ensure safety, quality, productivity and delivery targets are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Estimate costs and prepare budgets for production runs.
• Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Monitor production processes and resolve issues promptly.
• Supervise, evaluate and develop production personnel.
• Determine required resources, including workforce and raw materials.
• Approve maintenance work and equipment purchases.
• Ensure output complies with quality standards.
• Enforce health and safety precautions.
• Plan and adjust production schedules.
• Implement process improvements and prepare production reports.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing.
• Strong team‑management experience (onboarding, training, performance management).
• Legal authorization to work in Tunisia.
