Production Supervisor – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing activities at our Sousse facility. You will be responsible for ensuring quality, productivity, cost efficiency, and on‑time delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to meet quality, productivity, cost, and delivery targets.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise, coach, and develop line leaders and production team members.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and workplace regulations.
• Analyze production and quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate production priorities and workforce allocation according to business needs.
• Manage internal and external quality concerns in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Promote safety, environmental responsibility, discipline, and a culture of excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
• Strong ability to monitor, analyze, and improve operational KPIs.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
