Quality Specialist - Customer Care

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Specialist – Customer Care to lead complaint management, drive corrective actions and enhance customer satisfaction within an automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate internal and external complaint processes, focusing on customer complaints.
• Support and train stakeholders involved in complaint management and quality processes.
• Ensure proper documentation and tracking of complaints within quality management systems.
• Analyze complaint data, define KPIs and prepare quality reports.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions, verify 8D reports and investigate deviations.
• Promote Health, Safety & Environment standards.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Management and customer complaint handling.
• Proficiency with problem‑solving methodologies and quality tools.
• Strong analytical, communication and teamwork abilities.
• Good command of English; additional languages a plus.

• 7 Quality Tools (e.g., Pareto, control charts)
