Production Supervisor

About the role

DRÄXLMAIER Siliana, a leading global automotive supplier, is looking for a proactive and hands-on Production Supervisor to lead production teams, ensure smooth operations and support the growth and performance of its Siliana plant.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery and productivity targets.
• Supervise and motivate production teams and foster accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Ensure optimal workforce allocation and efficient use of resources.
• Monitor production performance indicators and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, operating procedures and customer requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote a strong safety culture in line with EHS standards.
• Coach, develop and evaluate team members to build future talent.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing or a related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Good leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Good English level.
• Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to operational requirements.
• Knowledge of production processes, problem-solving and performance monitoring.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production reporting tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
