Production Operator

About the role

Ceva Animal Health is seeking a Production Operator to join its manufacturing team. You will work in a GMP‑controlled environment, contributing to the production and packaging of innovative health solutions for farm, companion, and wildlife animals.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out manufacturing and packaging operations following established procedures.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HSE, and internal quality standards.
• Perform in‑process controls (IPC) and complete batch documentation.
• Follow the production schedule, meet standard operating times and productivity targets.
• Conduct cleaning, changeovers, and first‑level maintenance of equipment.
• Report any anomalies, quality deviations, HSE incidents, or equipment failures to the supervisor.
• Monitor performance indicators and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Required profile

• Secondary education or vocational training in industrial production or a related field.
• Previous experience in an industrial environment is preferred.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Understanding of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements.
• Familiarity with production procedures and in‑process controls.
