Customer Service Engineer – Automotive

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Engineer to serve as the primary contact between Wewire and its automotive customers, managing orders, forecasts and delivery requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between Wewire and assigned customers for operational matters.
• Manage customer orders, forecasts, schedules and delivery requirements in coordination with internal teams.
• Monitor customer requirements and ensure alignment with production and logistics capacities.
• Handle customer requests, complaints and operational issues, coordinating appropriate actions.
• Monitor delivery performance, customer schedules and promptly escalate potential risks.
• Analyze customer requirements, identify deviations and support root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Good knowledge of SAP, especially SAP SD (Sales & Distribution).
• Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities with good English; German is a plus.
