About the role

The Production Manager is responsible for maintenance planning, executing upgrades and projects for corrective and preventive maintenance, and ensuring equipment reliability and productivity.

Key responsibilities

Performs maintenance planning and develops, plans, and executes upgrade projects.
Prepares designs, drawings, and schedules for tasks.
Sizes necessary resources to execute scheduled maintenance.
Selects suppliers and controls the quality of materials and services.
Ensures conservation of equipment and platforms and maintains high customer service quality to optimize productivity.

Required profile

Specialist Professional (P4) recognized as a subject‑matter expert with advanced education and work experience.
Manages large projects or processes with limited oversight.
Coaches, reviews, and delegates work to lower‑level professionals.
Solves difficult and complex problems.
