EH&S Coordinator – Manufacturing Site

About the role

The EH&S Coordinator will support the implementation of health, safety, environmental and fire protection programs at a manufacturing site, ensuring compliance and fostering a strong safety culture.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate compliance with occupational health, safety, environmental and fire protection regulations and company standards.
• Conduct routine workplace inspections and audits to identify risks and ensure compliance.
• Support development and maintenance of HSE policies, procedures and documentation.
• Deliver HSE training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
• Investigate accidents, incidents and near‑misses and support preventive measures.
• Maintain ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management system documentation and support internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in a health, safety and environment role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience supporting ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems and audit activities.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, risk assessment methods and incident investigation practices.
• Strong communication and training skills across plant and shop‑floor operations.
