Production Manager

About the role

The Production Manager will lead the setup and continuous improvement of state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing plants, ensuring optimal cost, quality, and delivery performance. You will drive long‑term production strategies while fostering a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan production capacities on long‑ and mid‑term horizons.
• Develop investment and resource plans aligned with business and sales forecasts.
• Build and lead a strong team capable of establishing and operating cutting‑edge production lines.
• Define and communicate a technological vision for each plant.
• Monitor industry trends and integrate relevant innovations into plant operations.
• Design and implement people‑development and training programs to support technological advancements.

Required profile

• Academic degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience leading teams in production‑technology development.
• Visionary outlook on long‑term production technology evolution.
• Strong leadership skills, able to engage stakeholders from the board to the shop floor.
• Fluency in English.
