About the role

The Team Lead Production is responsible for ensuring daily production targets are met safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. By guiding a team of production specialists and coordinating resources, the role drives operational excellence and supports continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of production specialists to achieve daily objectives.
• Align production resources with daily plans to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide constructive feedback and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Monitor production plans and ensure fulfillment within timelines and quality standards.
• Oversee timely maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimise downtime.
• Ensure all production activities consistently meet established quality requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or a comparable technical qualification.
• Additional specialist qualification and leadership certification preferred.
• Proven experience in a similar production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership capabilities with balanced direction and people‑focused management.
• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions under high‑pressure situations.
