Product Development Engineer

About the role

Enovis Corporation is seeking a Product Development Engineer to discover, develop, and evaluate new product ideas and enhancements for its medical‑technology portfolio. The role will guide products from concept through market introduction, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess new product concepts, enhancements, and strategic extensions.
• Lead and track all phases of the product life‑cycle from inception to market launch.
• Determine the commercial potential of ideas to drive revenue growth and market share.
• Define product specifications and collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Apply engineering principles to resolve moderate‑scope technical issues.
• Follow general instructions for routine tasks and detailed guidance for new projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to analyze data and consider multiple factors when solving problems.
• Comfort receiving general instructions on routine work and detailed direction on new assignments.
