Product Development Engineer

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Product Development Engineer to join its R&D team and drive the creation of innovative medical products. You will work from concept through industrialization, ensuring that new solutions meet rigorous quality, safety, and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the full product development lifecycle, from design to industrialization.
• Optimize and qualify manufacturing processes, supporting IQ, OQ, and PQ validations.
• Conduct PFMEA risk analyses to ensure safe, compliant processes.
• Perform Root Cause Analyses and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Run capability studies to monitor and improve process performance.
• Reduce manufacturing costs while maintaining product quality.
• Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to turn concepts into market‑ready solutions.
• Implement technical improvements that boost productivity and lower costs.
• Manage project timelines, meet deadlines, and track development stages.

Required profile

• Degree in textile engineering or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong expertise in the textile industry.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and creativity.
• Effective team player with clear communication skills.
• Motivated with a strong interest in product innovation and medical technologies.
