Processing Support Agent – UK Market (Day Shift, 3‑month cover)

About the role

This 3‑month maternity‑cover position manages the full order processing cycle for the UK market, from order entry to releasing orders to production, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into the Goldstar Order Processing Application (GOPA) and upload related documentation.
• Review order details for completeness, including quantities, pricing, stock, artwork and delivery dates.
• Process and confirm artwork, communicating with customers to resolve any discrepancies.
• Monitor order status, provide updates, and contact customers by phone when needed.
• Escalate order‑related issues to the supervisor and ensure production instructions are clear before release.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and excellent reading, comprehension and listening skills.
• Problem‑solving ability, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with a “customer is king” mindset.
• Organised, time‑management skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using the Matrix/GOPA entry application.
