Process Engineer

About the role

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a Process Engineer to join its New Product Introduction (NPI) team in Ben Arous, Tunisia. The role focuses on developing and implementing new manufacturing processes for high‑quality aerospace components using 3P, Kaizen and continuous‑improvement methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain detailed manufacturing work instructions, routings, and process documentation.
• Provide hands‑on engineering support, troubleshoot production issues and implement timely solutions.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and procurement teams to achieve project milestones.
• Design tooling and fixtures to improve machining efficiency and precision.
• Train operators and engineers on newly developed processes.
• Record, analyze, and report non‑conformances in the Engineering Non‑Conformance Database.

Required profile

• Aerospace manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and project‑management skills.
• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CNC machining, programming and set‑up.
• Knowledge of GD&T and aerospace standards.
• CAD/CAM software expertise, preferably SolidWorks.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience with special processes such as EDM, Waterjet, tube bending, and airflow measurement.
• Process control and PFMEA experience.
