Process Engineer

About the role

Enovis is seeking an entry‑level Process Engineer to support the discovery, development and evaluation of new product ideas and enhancements within its medical‑technology portfolio. The role will bridge research insights and marketable solutions, working across engineering, manufacturing, marketing and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess innovative product concepts and strategic extensions.
• Lead planning and tracking of product life‑cycle phases from inception through market introduction.
• Define product specifications and coordinate cross‑functional activities to ensure successful development.
• Analyze customer needs and market potential to drive revenue growth and market share.
• Apply basic engineering principles to solve routine, limited‑scope problems following established procedures.

Required profile

• University degree in engineering or a related scientific discipline.
• Little to no prior professional experience; ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn professional concepts and theories.

Required skills

• Fundamental understanding of engineering principles.
