About the role
The Supervisor, Quality Control will lead the quality control function at Enovis' new state‑of‑the‑art facility in Sfax, Tunisia, ensuring products meet stringent standards and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain quality control systems.
- Oversee development and implementation of standards, methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating product precision, accuracy and reliability.
- Develop budget and monitor expenditures.
- Recommend corrective actions to ensure conformity with quality specifications.
- Ensure finished products comply with government and company standards and GMP regulations.
- Select, develop and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function.
- Direct subordinates on predetermined work assignments using established guidelines, procedures and policies.
