Personal Tutor / Coach

About the role

Wall Street English is looking for a Personal Coach to inspire students, act as a brand ambassador, and deliver excellent academic support and customer experience. The Coach keeps learners highly engaged and ensures they reach their language learning goals. You will work directly with learners to create a fun, all‑English environment and support them throughout their course.

• Deliver consistently excellent customer service
• Manage class schedules and a variety of administrative tasks

Required profile

• Energetic, positive, friendly and professional demeanor
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about education, languages and providing excellent customer service
• Driven by the improvement and success of students
• Creativity and enthusiasm to conceptualize and deliver student activities
• Good time management, organizational and planning skills
• Freshly graduated with an English degree
• Eligible for CIVP contract
