People Operations Supervisor

About the role

Join Hilton’s Hotels team as a People Operations Supervisor and help create memorable experiences for guests by supporting daily HR operations. You’ll play a key part in recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, employee relations and compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, compliance, safety and performance management.
• Coordinate recognition programs, special events and engagement initiatives to boost team member morale.
• Manage HR systems, maintain employee data, track transitions, and generate HR metric reports.
• Supervise and coach team members, monitor performance and promote a productive work environment.
