Paid Commercial Intern – Onsite in Tunis

About the role

Hostme.tn is looking for a motivated Commercial Intern to join its on‑site team in Tunis. This full‑time, paid internship will give you hands‑on experience in the vacation‑rental market, supporting the commercial team as they attract and onboard new property owners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential property owners through lead lists and outreach campaigns.
• Present Hostme.tn’s services, answer questions, and guide owners through the onboarding process.
• Follow up on leads, maintain and update internal databases and CRM records.
• Assist account managers with routine partner requests and basic commercial discussions.
• Respond to inquiries from property owners and guests, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Conduct simple market research, monitor competitor offerings, and relay feedback to improve the platform.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in French and/or Arabic; English is a plus.
• Customer‑service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
• Interest in tourism, hospitality, or digital platforms.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Business, Marketing, Commerce, Tourism or related program.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks under guidance.
