Sales Executive

About the role

Sales is the growth engine of Flouci. We are hiring a Sales Executive to grow our merchant business across POS and Payment Gateway, with the runway to sell adjacent solutions as the portfolio expands.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage your own pipeline of SMB and mid‑market merchants across priority verticals.
• Run the full sales cycle from prospecting through to live activation.
• Develop expert product knowledge and position the right Flouci solution for each merchant.
• Bring market signal back to product and partnerships, making the next deal easier.

Required profile

• 2 to 4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, telco, banking or merchant services.
• Fluent in French, English and the Tunisian dialect.
• Proven track record of closing deals end‑to‑end (provide numbers in application).
• Comfortable using a CRM; HubSpot experience is a plus.
