Operations & Reservations Agent – Premium Transportation

About the role

Swiss Premium Negoce SA is seeking an Operations & Reservations Agent to coordinate premium transportation services for an international VIP clientele. The position is temporary, on‑site in Lac 1, and plays a key role in delivering seamless, high‑end travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end client transportation requests, from booking to completion.
• Coordinate with international suppliers, chauffeurs, and partners to ensure flawless execution.
• Handle real‑time operations, last‑minute changes, and urgent situations.
• Maintain high service quality standards and structured communication with all stakeholders.
• Follow up on each request until full resolution.

Required profile

• Extroverted, confident communicator with strong negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable interacting with international clients in English and French.
• Ability to manage conversations under pressure and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a luxury‑service approach.
