Operations Manager

About the role

As an Operations Manager with Radisson Hotel Group, you will lead the daily execution of the hotel’s strategic vision, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue and commercial results. You will act as the right‑hand to the General Manager, supporting smooth operations across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Heads of Department to maximise business opportunities and uphold brand reputation.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, due‑diligence requirements and manage the hotel budget.
• Drive guest satisfaction initiatives and oversee the seamless running of the property.
• Lead and mentor operational teams, balancing a hands‑on workload with strategic priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading hotel‑operations teams, preferably in upscale resort environments.
• Background as a Food & Beverage Director or equivalent senior role.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, personal integrity and a proactive, “Yes I Can!” attitude.
• Fluency in both French and English with excellent written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
