Operations Manager – Hotel Operations

About the role

As an Operations Manager at Radisson Hotel Group you will orchestrate daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue and commercial results. Working closely with the General Manager and department heads, you will be the right‑hand leader who keeps the property running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Heads of Department to maximise business opportunities and uphold brand reputation.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, due‑diligence requirements and manage the hotel budget.
• Act as the General Manager’s trusted partner to drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Prioritise a complex, hands‑on workload while leading a high‑performing operations team.
• Maintain a focus on creating memorable moments for guests and staff alike.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading hotel‑operations teams with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
• Hands‑on leadership style, personal integrity and a “Yes I Can!” attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail and a creative approach to challenges.
• Fluency in German and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with IT systems across various platforms.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel abilities.
