Odoo Functional Consultant – Remote-first (Sousse, Tunisia)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing consulting firm delivering Odoo projects to Belgian clients. We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant based in Sousse who can work autonomously on international projects from discovery to go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Odoo implementations for Belgian customers, covering the full project lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Configure core Odoo modules such as Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Project, CRM, and HR.
• Manage multi‑company, multi‑currency, workflow, and access‑right settings.
• Collaborate with developers, providing clear functional specs and guiding technical delivery.
• Perform Odoo upgrades and version migrations as needed.

Required profile

• 3‑4+ years of hands‑on experience with Odoo Online and Odoo Enterprise.
• Strong consulting mindset: ability to understand business needs, design solutions, and communicate them to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken English; French is a plus.
• Self‑starter who works well in an asynchronous, remote environment and aligns with European time zones.

Required skills

• Odoo functional expertise across core modules.
• Basic Odoo development knowledge (Python, OWL, XML).
• Familiarity with Odoo Studio, IoT, Sign, eLearning, and Approvals.
