Night Manager

About the role
The Night Manager acts as the Manager on Duty during overnight shifts, overseeing all front‑office operations and ensuring a smooth, safe, and welcoming experience for guests and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise night‑shift associates across Bell/Door staff, Switchboard, and Front Desk.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Manage efficient check‑in and check‑out processes and resolve guest issues promptly.
- Maintain guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing departmental financial performance.
- Handle complaints, settle disputes, and communicate business objectives to the team.
- Monitor staffing levels to meet operational and financial goals.
- Support and coach front‑desk team members, stepping in to perform duties when needed.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or a related area.
- OR a 2‑year degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (no experience required).
