Night Manager – Hospitality Operations

About the role

As a Night Manager with Hilton, you will oversee overnight hotel operations, ensuring financial accuracy and delivering memorable guest experiences. You will work closely with the night team to resolve issues and maintain a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage nightly audits and reconciliation, ensuring accurate financial reporting and internal controls.
• Drive financial reconciliation across departments and verify payment integrity, resolving complex discrepancies.
• Analyze reporting anomalies, assess root causes, and collaborate with department leaders to improve audit accuracy.
• Support overnight operations by handling guest issues, assisting in emergencies, and partnering with the Night Manager.
• Inspire and develop the team through supervision, performance monitoring, coaching, and fostering a positive work environment.
