Multimedia Graphic Designer (Full-time, On-site)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Multimedia Graphic Designer to join our team in Monastir. You will create and adapt visual assets for both digital and print channels, supporting marketing, product, and e‑commerce initiatives. The role combines graphic design, branding, and basic motion‑graphics work in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop visual concepts that align with brand guidelines for social media, websites, online ads, packaging, and promotional materials.
• Produce design mockups and deliver production‑ready files in appropriate formats.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and e‑commerce teams to support campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.
• Create simple motion‑graphics or video content as needed.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain an organized library of design assets.

Required profile

• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating multimedia, graphic design, and branding work, preferably in consumer goods, wellness, or cosmetics.
• Ability to work on‑site in Monastir and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent attention to detail, time‑management, and organizational skills.
