About the role
We are looking for a diligent Moderator of Orders Feed to join our Safety Support Operations team. You will ensure that all orders posted on our platform comply with community standards and legal requirements, protecting both users and the brand.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor the moderation system and intervene when violations occur.
- Block users who breach service rules.
- Remove inappropriate content such as adult nudity, illegal goods, bullying, harassment, and hate speech.
- Log problematic orders in Google Sheets as required.
- Compile and maintain a list of censored words.
- Label various datasets for training purposes.
- Perform other relevant tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Excellent oral and written communication in French and Arabic.
- Good oral and written communication in English.
- Confident PC user with strong cultural awareness.
