About the role

Enovis is expanding its operations in Tunisia with a new state‑of‑the‑art facility in Sfax. We are looking for a Security Guard to support the physical security of our premises, protect personnel and assets, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The role is essential for maintaining a safe environment for all employees and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Supports physical security of company facilities, property and operations.
• Executes procedures and processes to protect personnel and company property while meeting required codes and regulations.
• Prevents unauthorized access to company sites or spaces and prevents removal or damage of company property.
• Maintains and updates visitor logs and completes incident reports.
• Operates camera and computer equipment to control access to sites in accordance with established guidelines.
• Monitors entrances and exits of buildings and conducts walk‑throughs of company property.
• Intervenes in cases of robbery, vandalism, or other risks to personnel or installations.
• Coordinates activities with local police and emergency agencies as appropriate.
• Ensures compliance with company security policies and relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Little or no prior knowledge of security duties; acquires job skills and procedures on the job.
• Limited judgement and decision‑making ability; works under close supervision.
• Typically less than 1 year of experience, suitable for a junior‑level candidate.
