Medical Value Partner – Tunisia & Libya

About the role

The Medical Value Partner is a strategic leadership position within Roche’s Medical Affairs function, responsible for shaping the medical strategy for the assigned therapeutic area across Tunisia and Libya. The role bridges the affiliate with global objectives, ensuring optimal use of Roche products and supporting patient‑centred outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify unmet medical needs and knowledge gaps at customer sites and develop a medical strategy to address them.
• Lead the scientific affairs team, manage pre‑launch activities, and create clinical messaging for the product portfolio.
• Organise and follow‑up one‑to‑one meetings and advisory boards with KOLs and scientific associations to gather insights on disease areas, treatment algorithms and medical education needs.
• Ensure all medical information enquiries are answered accurately, ethically and in a timely manner.
• Maintain compliance with Roche standards, SOPs and code of conduct, acting as a guardian of ethical and safety standards.
• Manage budget, implement tools to monitor medical activities and represent Roche at regional and international scientific congresses.

Required profile

• Proven therapeutic‑area expertise and strong business understanding in the healthcare sector.
• Experience in leading cross‑functional medical projects and scientific teams.
• Ability to engage and develop sustainable relationships with KOLs and scientific societies.
• Excellent communication skills to convey scientific data to internal and external stakeholders.
• Commitment to compliance, ethics and patient‑centred decision making.
