Clinical Provider (Counsellor/Psychologist) – Flexible Employment

About the role

Intellect is seeking qualified counsellors and clinical psychologists to deliver 1:1 telehealth or onsite coaching, counselling, and therapy‑style consultations for employees across Tunisia. The role supports wellbeing, stress management and resilience while collaborating with Intellect’s internal clinical team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 telehealth and/or onsite coaching, counselling, or therapy‑style consultations (general advice only).
• Facilitate optional webinars and in‑person seminars.
• Support employees with wellbeing, stress and resilience challenges.
• Collaborate with Intellect’s internal clinical team to improve EAP programs.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Counselling (for counsellors) or Clinical Psychology (for psychologists).
• 1–3 years of supervised counselling or clinical practice.
• For psychologists, an Area of Practice Endorsement in Clinical Psychology is preferred or in progress.
• Nice‑to‑have experience in managerial or leadership support, prior EAP or workplace counselling, and additional language skills.
