Medical Representative RX

About the role

Recordati is seeking a Medical Representative (RX) to promote its pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. The role focuses on scientific communication, building relationships, and driving product adoption while complying with all regulatory and ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Present product characteristics, indications, benefits, and clinical data to healthcare professionals.
• Conduct daily visits to achieve optimal coverage of the assigned territory.
• Develop prescriptions and recommendations for the portfolio of products.
• Achieve sales and market‑share targets for the assigned sector.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date customer database and organise efficient visit routes.
• Collect competitive intelligence and report field insights to management.
• Enter daily activity data into the CRM and produce regular performance reports.
• Organise scientific meetings, attend congresses, and lead workshops or presentations.
• Ensure all promotional activities comply with internal procedures, pharmaceutical regulations, and pharmacovigilance rules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s to Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in pharmacy, medicine, biology, dentistry, veterinary science or a related field.
• Strong scientific background with the ability to discuss pharmacology and physiopathology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to adapt arguments to each professional.
• Result‑oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales objectives.
