MarTech Lead

About the role

ITRS is seeking a MarTech Lead to own and evolve its marketing technology stack, operational infrastructure, and reporting framework. The role is based in Tunis or Makati with a hybrid schedule and reports to the Revenue Operations Systems Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end MarTech ecosystem, including Pardot, Salesforce integrations, enrichment platforms and other tooling.
• Build and maintain operational infrastructure for campaigns – email nurture, lead scoring, routing rules, SLA monitoring and attribution models.
• Ensure clean, reliable data across systems through deduplication, field mapping, lifecycle stage management and integration health.
• Create scalable processes and documentation so the marketing team can work consistently without reliance on ad‑hoc solutions.
• Design and own the marketing reporting framework covering funnel metrics, pipeline contribution, channel performance and campaign ROI.
• Develop dashboards for senior leadership and conduct advanced analysis to uncover trends and improve marketing effectiveness.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or marketing technology within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands‑on expertise with Pardot and Salesforce, including integration and automation.
• Strong data skills with SQL and experience using BI tools for self‑serve analysis.
• Systems mindset with a focus on automating manual work and improving operational efficiency.
• Clear communication ability to translate technical topics for non‑technical colleagues.
