E-commerce Growth Manager SEO & Performance Marketing

About the role

Dracoss is seeking an E‑commerce Growth Manager to lead SEO and performance marketing initiatives that drive online sales. You will work closely with the founding team to shape growth strategy, execute campaigns, and optimise the shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SEO: research search behaviour, optimise product/category pages, create content briefs and improve internal linking; collaborate with technical team on indexing and site speed.
• Manage paid advertising: plan, launch and optimise Google and Meta campaigns, handle budgets, test audiences and creatives, and track acquisition costs.
• Improve website conversion: analyse drop‑off points and test landing pages, product information, offers and checkout flows.
• Develop customer retention: build email campaigns and automated journeys for welcomes, abandoned carts, cartridge replacements and repeat purchases.
• Measure performance: maintain tracking, report on traffic, conversion rates, CAC, revenue and repeat purchases, and recommend investment priorities.

Required profile

• Proven SEO expertise with measurable impact on acquisition or sales.
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to take projects from analysis to implementation.
• Curious, organised, commercially minded and able to collaborate with content creators, developers and founders.
