Digital Marketing Manager – Social Media, Content & Influencer Partnerships

About the role

Dracoss is seeking a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to shape its online presence, drive engagement, and build influencer partnerships for its water filtration products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategy, identifying target audiences and planning campaigns for product launches and sales.
• Identify, approach, and manage collaborations with relevant creators, handling briefs, contracts, and performance reviews.
• Produce daily Instagram content—including Reels, Stories, product demos, tips, and customer stories—by planning, filming, editing, and publishing.
• Maintain consistent, accurate product visuals, videos, and captions across digital channels.
• Grow and nurture the community by encouraging conversation, responding to audience queries, and turning FAQs into content.
• Track and analyze content and campaign performance to inform future initiatives.

Required profile

• Comfortable initiating contact with new people and collaborating with influencers.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and disciplined publishing schedule.
• Energetic, curious, and ownership‑driven, able to propose ideas and see projects through.

Required skills

• Practical content creation (filming, editing, publishing).
• Understanding of Instagram formats (Reels, Stories) and community management.
