Marketing Assistant – Day Shift

About the role

The Marketing Assistant will support the North America team by organising and tracking mail‑order marketing campaigns for customers and prospects in the United States and Canada. Working under the Marketing Supervisor in Tunis, the role requires a proactive, detail‑oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up mailing campaigns using Microsoft InfoPath for customers and prospects.
• Handle art requests, proofing and validation of customer data.
• Create and update product listings, inventory and art orders.
• Build and refresh sales analysis reports.
• Proof web order pages and prepare miscellaneous presentations and reports.
• Maintain ongoing tracking of current and future mailing campaigns.

Required profile

• Marketing graduate or equivalent with 1‑2 years of related experience.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, able to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• High attention to detail and strong proof‑reading skills.
• Ability to work independently and think both creatively and analytically.
