About the role

Antal International is seeking an experienced professional to launch and lead a new office in Tunisia as a Managing Partner. This entrepreneurial position combines strategic business development with recruitment expertise, allowing you to build a profitable venture within a globally recognised network.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and manage the new Antal office, including staffing, operations and client acquisition.
• Leverage Antal’s global resources, technology platforms and brand to deliver recruitment solutions for international clients.
• Develop and nurture a strong professional network to generate business opportunities.
• Maintain high service standards and ensure compliance with Antal’s methodologies and processes.

Required profile

• 5–10+ years of experience in a managerial or specialist role.
• Strong entrepreneurial drive with a commitment to building a business full‑time.
