Maintenance Management Manager

About the role

LEONI, a global provider of power distribution and connectivity solutions for the automotive industry, is looking for a Maintenance Management manager in Mateur. The role has functional accountability for Maintenance Management at plant level and covers the supervision of the Maintenance Management organisation, its standards, processes and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the Maintenance Management organisation according to defined objectives and KPIs, and lead initiatives in the area.
• Take responsibility for standards, governance and processes, define and steer budgets for activities, and supervise several org units within Maintenance Management.
• Propose and implement measures for team performance, organisational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth.
• Ensure a standardised approach to LTPM, the maintenance process and the maintenance system in the plant, including preventive, predictive and unplanned maintenance of production and facility equipment.
• Ensure installation, movement and re-qualification of equipment and tools.
• Ensure maintenance of utilities (cooling, heating, electricity, water, compressed air, steam, lighting) and firefighting and fire prevention equipment, using internal teams or external suppliers.
• Ensure maintenance of security camera systems.
• Monitor, analyse and improve process performance and support the reduction of spare and wear parts inventory.

Required profile

• University degree in a technical field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Fluent French and English at B2 level.

Required skills

• Equipment maintenance and repair, preventive and predictive maintenance, machine operation and troubleshooting.
• Performance improvement (CAPA, SMED, process validation).
• MES and reporting tools.
