About the role
The Shift Leader Operations Quality ensures the quality and compliance of production processes on a shift basis, supervising the Operations Quality unit and driving continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the Operations Quality team, setting objectives, monitoring performance and providing coaching.
- Authority to stop production lines for non‑conformities and release them after corrective actions.
- Oversee sorting activities to protect customers and control quality costs.
- Coordinate transversal resolution of quality issues from production segments and customers, ensuring solutions are applied across facilities.
Required profile
- University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Quality or Supply Chain.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Strong communication, change management and teamwork skills.
