Lead Expert Finance Automation & RPA

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Lead Expert in Finance Automation & RPA to join its Finance Shared Service Center in Tunisia. You will act as the local point of contact for automation initiatives, helping to scale digital finance solutions in a structured and sustainable manner while collaborating closely with Finance Operations, IT, and the global Automation/RPA team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and document automation, RPA, workflow and AI‑assisted improvement opportunities within Finance SSC processes.
• Gather, structure and validate business requirements, including accounting logic, controls and data‑quality needs.
• Support existing automation solutions, coordinating incidents, changes, testing and business‑side root‑cause analysis.
• Coordinate with IT and global automation experts; involve vendors or implementation partners only when required.
• Report automation pipeline status, risks and benefits to local management and the global Automation/RPA team.

Required profile

• Experience in Finance SSC processes or comparable Finance Operations environments.
• Good accounting knowledge and strong understanding of finance processes, postings, reconciliations, controls and reporting requirements.
• Digital affinity with a solid grasp of automation technologies and workflow solutions.
• Structured, proactive working style with strong communication skills and fluent English.
