Litigation Specialist – Finance & Controlling

About the role

Ozeol is seeking a Litigation Specialist to join its finance team in Sousse. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support the company’s global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and consolidate budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
• Produce and analyse profit & loss statements and periodic reports.
• Monitor budget performance, analyse variances and propose corrective actions.
• Conduct financial and analytical studies to assess profitability of activities, projects and cost centres.
• Support monthly closing processes and ensure data reliability.
• Create dashboards and performance indicators for management.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data.
• Analytical mindset, organized and able to manage priorities.
• Proactive, rigorous and results‑oriented with a continuous improvement attitude.
• Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, etc.).
• Proficiency in SAP FICO/CO or equivalent ERP.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau or SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Knowledge of consolidation, financial reporting and data analysis techniques.
• Understanding of accounting standards and financial closing processes.
